Food at our Academy plays a significant role in the academic life as training and school classes.
We have created all the conditions for our students to eat healthy and deliciously diet. Moreover, there are special requirements for the nutrition of young athletes, because it should not only be tasty and healthy, but also balanced, considering the medical requirements for the diet of growing football players. Our highly qualified chefs and service providers will make sure that our students enjoy a balanced diet that will help them feel well and also do their best in playing football.
Modern technological equipment is installed in the kitchen, which makes the cooking process more convenient, safe and hygienic.
Our food service closely monitors the development and improvement of the quality of nutrition of our students and employees according to the menu developed considering the requirements of nutritionists. The staff of the catering service is carefully selected. All kitchen staff have the appropriate training cooking and also they have extensive experience.
Due to a balanced five meals a day, the quality of the products supplied, and a modern approach to menu selection, the Academy effectively maintains a high-quality standard of nutrition. Huge attention is paid to the caloric intake, taking into account the age and characteristics of the athletic load of our students.
There is always fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet. Drinking regime is supposed to be a very important issue in the Academy. Coolers for drinking hot and cold water are always available for children in all the parts of the buildings.
Eating does not take place in a simple dining room, but in a cozy dining room, beautifully decorated, with air conditioning, with pleasant musical accompaniment, there are also polite and caring waitresses. Our cooks like to indulge our students with the pastries that they cook on their own.
And if someone has good appetite, and they ask for more food, then they will definitely get it.
Controlling the nutrition is under the supervision of the Academy's management. Every day, the quality of food is monitored by a responsible duty officer from the list of the heads of the Academy and school, doctors carefully check it and give an appropriate conclusion. The most important thing is that all the people in the Academy such as students, staff members and the head of the Academy eat the same food.
