The Football Academy of PFC Metallurg is the first educational organization for children and teenagers in our country, the purpose of which is to create a national training base for the professional football, to educate football players who take an active civic position in the spirit of patriotism, based on the use of advanced European experience in football training.

During their studies at our Academy, children will learn to master complex football techniques and tactics, develop football thinking and their physical abilities. They will get help to develop psychological stability, the ability to overcome stressful situations, control themselves on the field and off, strictly observe the household and sports regime. All this will contribute to the education of their strong-willed character traits: courage, perseverance, determination, endurance, bravery.

The program includes unique training and educational methods of professional Spanish trainers of the Real Madrid Foundation.

We offer students a unique international experience in integrating learning with sports activities. We are implementing an orderly and structured program to help young athletes develop their values, accompanied by learning to play football in combination with obtaining a high-quality secondary education. Such training at the Academy will undoubtedly contribute to the formation of a harmoniously developed personality, a healthy lifestyle and professional development.
