Our Academy was established at the Metallurg professional football club, which takes direct control of its activities and provides the most comprehensive support.

The Metallurg football team was created back in 1945. For many years, it consisted of students of local football. The team took part in various competitions: the Championship and the Cup of the Tashkent region, the Championship and the Cup of the Republic of Physical Culture Teams, the Championship of the Republic among trade union teams, the Cup of millions of SSR and other competitions. The results of her performances were different, but the team constantly enjoyed love and spectator interest among local football fans.

Since 1998, the team has been a permanent participant in the Uzbekistan Super League, the country's top football division.

The management of the club and the players of the team treat our students with paternal care, closely monitor their success and sports results, assist in organizing training sessions and participating in various tournaments.

This concern is quite understandable — after all, our Academy was created for a reason. The club's management made a conscious decision not to look for the club's players on the side, but to prepare them themselves. It is confident that the future of the club will be connected with our Academy and its graduates, who will be able to raise Bekabad football to a new level of play.

“Uzbek Metallurgical Plant” Joint Stock Company is the initiator, the main founder and the main sponsor of our Academy.

Uzmetkombinat is the leading enterprise of iron and steel industry in the republic. This enterprise is supposed to be one of the famous one in our country and has its own difficult history and is the locomotive of the domestic heavy industry. Over the years of independence of our counrty, the company has been developing dynamically, increasing its capacity every year. In a year it will be 80 years since the plant had been created.

This is one of the most dynamically developing enterprises in Uzbekistan and its goal is to become the best company not only in our country, but also in Central Asia.

This is a city-forming enterprise and tens of thousands of its employees and their families as well as people working in related industries depend on the work of this plant. Therefore, it is no coincidence that the company implements many projects in the field of corporate social responsibility. They are primarily aimed at creating comfortable living conditions for the local population, the plant invests in programs in the field of healthy lifestyle, health care and education as well.

In order to comprehensively support young people and promote a healthy lifestyle among the population, Uzmetkombinat pays the greatest attention to the issues of physical culture and sports.

Metallurgists, as well as residents of Bekabad, have two sports and recreation complexes, a tennis court, two indoor swimming pools and many other smaller facilities built and financed at the expense of the plant. In each of the complexes there are sections of boxing, sambo, judo, wrestling, swimming, tennis, athletics, gymnastics, volleyball, chess and other different kinds of sports. And the central stadium "Metallurg", designed for 15 thousand spectators, is one of the best sports facilities not only in Tashkent region, but also in the country as well.

Uzmetkombinat is the founder of PFC Metallurg and therefore took an active part in the creation and formation of our Academy. Due to the management of the plant, in a short time the abandoned building of the vocational college was converted into a modern educational campus equipped with all necessary staff for the comfortable life of our students, their studies and training.

The Academy's activities are under the close attention of the plant's management and receives full support in all its endeavors.

The Real Madrid Foundation is the most important partner of our Academy. Due to its social mission, support and human resources, our educational institution was created, which is the first such institution in Central Asia.

The Foundation is a non-profit organization created by the Real Madrid club. This club was recognized by FIFA as "the greatest football club of the 20th century". It is the most titled club in Spanish football, having won a total of several dozen of the most prestigious tournaments: 12 European cups, 1 FIFA World Cup, 2 UEFA Cups, 32 La Liga championships and 19 Spanish Cups.

For many years of its successful existence, Real Madrid has created its own training methodology, which allowed the club to take a leading position on our planet.

The Real Madrid Foundation operates in more than 70 countries around the world, its mission is to support sports in the world, solve urgent problems existing in various countries through the involvement of young people in sports. There are now 400 social programs around the world supported by the Foundation and local founders.

The Real Madrid Foundation develops projects with social and educational goals based on its core values: RESPECT, TEAMWORK, TRANSPARENCY, SOLIDARITY, COMMITMENT, EQUALITY, MOTIVATION.

The Foundation's activities at our Academy are based on a comprehensive program aimed at motivating and developing the skills of young football players with the help of a unique method of training and education under the guidance of a professional team of coaches and employees of the Real Madrid Foundation.

The team of coaches of the Real Madrid Foundation consists of professional coaches, instructors and physical training specialists using modern methods of teaching football.

All coaches are certified specialists, graduating from higher educational institutions in the field of science of physical culture and sports, who have coaching licenses and extensive gaming experience.

The training programs themselves are developed in accordance with the patented methodology and adapted to the needs and goals of our students. The Real Madrid coaches' courses differ from the programs used by other clubs and focus on the advanced principles of individual training, working out techniques and tactics, making optimal decisions during the game and learning based on values. Specially designed classes allow you to teach the Academy's students the secrets of the Real Madrid FC game, as well as develop analytical and strategic thinking. These skills will be useful to the guys not only on the field, but also in life.

The methodology of the Real Madrid Foundation is aimed not only at training football players or improving their tactical and technical indicators, but also at improving the theoretical and practical knowledge of the Academy coaches.
